Great Class. This was the first time I took a class in this series, and it was somewhat different than her other classes. But, wow! it really had an impact. The next day I felt so joyful and happy to be alive, was even nice to everybody. I am going to sign up for the others that I missed.

Feel great after this class. The tips received from Hemalayaa in this class i have incorporated into my daily morning routine. Taking care of the body is more than what we consider exercising. It is really fabulous that we can take classes from Hemalayaa; she has so much to teach us.

Excellent feel good class. Every class Hemalayaa teaches is so wonderful. I hope she continues to inspire us on Lil. The exercises are just right to begin the season not all out killers, but they really work. I love to stay in shape and this is the way to do it.

hemalayaa bollydancer. Hemalayaa bollywood styledance is very nice for fitness and very good for dance that is a workout and she keeps us going with fine music and rhythm!!

Love this wonderful class. I always feel better after a live session with Hemalayaa and her Sacred Dance and Yoga class. It is a great way to start any day! Her routines are so enjoyable that yoy don't realize just hou much physical and mental benefits you are getting...until after the class.

Good for you. This class gives me a positive outlook for the day, which extends to a positive for every day. I have missed it since Hemalayaa has been away. Thts is one class I would like to take every day. I can with the recording, bit live is best.

Wonderfull yoga class - totally rejuvenating. Absolutely amazing energy in this class. I am not young, and couldn't do absolutely everything. Hema offered alternatives. This was wonderful, and I hope she offers classes again soon!

Wow. This class was fabulous, and I felt light and joyful and "enlivened". I am very happy to be taking this Vinyasa series. We learn the importance of the breath, we do Yoga, we dance, we meditate. I have never felt better.

Vinyasa Class. This class is a combination of vinyasa yoga and a bit of breathing and relaxation. I have a bunch of Hemalayaa Behl's DVDs, and love them. The energy of the live interaction is amazing!
