Yin Yoga encourages long-held, passive poses that target deep connective tissues, fostering relaxation and flexibility.
Class 1: Rooted & Grounded – Yin for Stability
Focus: Lower body (hips, legs, and lower back) to cultivate a sense of grounding and security.
Common Element: Gentle body scan meditation to connect with the breath and physical sensations.
Class 2: Open Heart, Open Mind – Yin for Emotional Release
Focus: Chest, shoulders, and upper back to invite emotional openness and stress relief.
Common Element: Guided breathwork (Coherent Breathing) to support nervous system balance.
Class 3: Deep Rest – Yin for Surrender & Stillness
Focus: Full-body relaxation with forward folds and reclined poses to encourage deep rest and introspection.
Common Element: Yoga Nidra-inspired closing for complete relaxation and renewal.
Whether you're new to Yin Yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers a space to slow down, surrender, and flow into stillness. 💙
