Cheryl Chaffee

Cheryl Chaffee (ERYT-500, YACEP) became dedicated to yoga in 2003 when she moved to the Sarasota, FL area. She began teaching in 2005, became a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher in 2010, and bought Garden of the Heart Yoga Center from Betsey Downing in 2011. Cheryl currently loves studying Ashaya Yoga with Todd Norian. She often assists Todd at workshops and at his 200-hour Teacher Trainings.

Cheryl loves the depth and intensity of Ashaya Yoga. She feels that the purpose of yoga is not to do the most difficult asanas, but is to go deeper into the understanding of the Self through the body and connect...
