Living With Grief

Grief comes to us all no matter who we are or how old we are. For many people it comes in short duration, but for others, it seems to go on for years. Mother Mary tells us that grief is a natural part of life, but we can also get stuck in it and make it a habit. When that happens it can be destructive and not cleansing. Mother will take us into our deepest selves do discover if we are holding on to grief and show us how to let it go. With her love and infinite compassion Mother will teach us how to move through grief with more grace, kindness and support for ourselves, and how to partner others in their grief.
Mother will focus on the positive aspects of grief and the great love and honor in experiencing it. She will unconditional love so that we might face ourselves with more honesty, humor and grace no matter why or how long we have been grieving. Together we will learn the signs of holding onto grief unconsciously so that we can explore it and let it go.
