This class if for all adults that find it difficult to be in on the floor. Perhaps the traditional mat exercises are not yet ready for your spine and body? Join me for this class where you can learn principles of Pilates seated and standing. There will be elements of strength and balance weaved into working the entire body from your feet to your head. The pace of this class will be slower.
