Very Helpful. I found this class really helpful in clearing energy that is stopping me from contacting the courage within, and understanding the role of courage in the process of spiritual development.

Yak yak yak. As I am known for yak yak yakking too much sometime I watched this class. I was very happy with the content and interaction that goes on if you are live. In the lesson it was suggested by Guru to have 40 days of non-negativity. I am going to attempt to not speak, and even think a negative thought for the next 40 days. I have just returned from retreat in India with Shakti Durga and Shanti Mission and after that lesson I again feel connected and positive. Thank you Guru
